We’re looking for an energetic Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to fill every vacancy in our premium Noida Airbnb property. You’ll blend outbound calling with social-media prowess to source, nurture, and close rental leads—driving occupancy and maximizing our revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 50–70 outbound calls and WhatsApp outreaches daily to prospective guests, qualifying interest, budget, and stay dates.
Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, Instagram, and Facebook—responding within one hour to convert interest into bookings.
Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns (paid ads, Stories, carousels) on Facebook and Instagram to generate high-quality leads.
Create a rolling content calendar: property tours, guest reviews, local events, seasonal offers.
Monitor campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL) in real time; adjust budgets and creatives to hit lead targets.
Maintain a dynamic CRM or spreadsheet with lead status, follow-up dates, call notes, and booking confirmations.
Coordinate booking logistics: check-in/out instructions, special requests, and upsell add-ons (airport pickups, local experiences).
Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the property is guest-ready, sharing daily occupancy forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years’ experience in inside sales, lead generation, or digital marketing—hospitality or real estate exposure preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
Proven track record with Facebook Ads Manager (setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns).
Comfort using basic CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot) or advanced Excel tracking.
Creative eye for social-media content: basic Canva or Photoshop skills.
Goal-driven mindset: ability to hit weekly targets (e.g., 60 qualified leads; 25 confirmed bookings).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles objections with poise.
