Job description
Understanding the needs of the enterprise customers for our products and solutions
Matching client needs with our product features and configuration/setup of software to meet client needs
Give product training to Corporate and SME customers
Configuring pilot and proof of concept for corporate customers, based on customer needs
Play role of consultant for the implementation of enterprise software rollout
Ensure that the customer uses all the functionalities of our software
Training the Admin, Managers and Users of the corporate/enterprise for effective usage of our product
Ensure smooth implementation of our SaaS based software
Working with the Corporate Customer to ensure maximum usage and effective ROI of our product
Providing customer support to the corporate users for any issues faced during usage of our application
Software Testing and Bug Reporting
Giving suggestions and ideas for new features and functions of software
Ensure Customer Delight and zero churn for the accounts managed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1- 2 years prior experience in software support and customer success preferred
Good command over MS Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of enterprise software domain esp in ERP or CRM
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development/support strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
