Job Description:
CloudUnicorn is looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Customer Success Executives (Technology). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to grow in the technology sales space and are passionate about customer engagement.
The Customer Success Executive will play a pivotal role in building customer relationships, identifying IT security needs, and generating opportunities for new sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Call customers daily, engaging with them to understand their IT security requirements.
Web Meetings: Schedule 10 to 15 web meetings per week with potential clients.
Sales Exposure: Understand and communicate the technology services offered, including IT security products and services.
Product Knowledge: Gain a basic understanding of technology products, including:
Palo Alto
Sophos
Trend Micro
ForcePoint
SonicWall
Thales
Google Mail
Tata Tele Lease Line
Other IT security services like VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) and more. Learn More
Sales Acumen: Demonstrate the ability to probe customer opportunities and effectively position our technology solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
Communication Skills: Good communication in English (both spoken and written). Basic written English skills are necessary.
Sales Exposure: Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, inside sales, or tele-calling is a plus.
Willingness to Learn: A passion for learning technology basics and developing an understanding of IT security concepts.
Sales Mindset: Strong sales acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions.

Salary & Hike: Salary is performance-based, with opportunities for hikes based on individual performance.
Education Requirement: Candidates need to submit their educational mark sheets for verification.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Success in this role will be measured by the number of customer meetings scheduled and the overall sales performance.
