Job Description:

We are hiring Financial Advisors for our UK-based IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) Process. The ideal candidate will have experience in international voice processes and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls related to UK debt management and IVA solutions

• Analyze client financial documents and provide guidance on suitable debt resolution plans

• Ensure strict compliance with UK financial regulations and data protection laws

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process or IVA process

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
