Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Support
Respond to client emails within 8 hours.
Reply promptly to client WhatsApp messages.
Maintain professional communication with all clients and partners.
Driver (Ambassador) Interaction & Recruitment
Interact with drivers (ambassadors) daily regarding schedules, tasks, and performance.
Recruit new drivers as per operational requirements.
Conduct basic screening, verification, and documentation for driver onboarding.
Explain company processes, service expectations, app usage, and behaviour guidelines to new drivers.
Ensure drivers are activated and ready for assignments.
Operational Coordination
Prepare and maintain the shift-wise roster for the operations team.
Coordinate with ambassadors for next-day activation during the last shift.
Ensure all tasks are completed within defined timelines.
Reporting & Documentation
Share daily reports with the management team.
Maintain attendance records for ambassadors on a daily basis.
Update attendance for task-based work.
Ambassador (Driver) Management
Track daily logins and ensure operational readiness.
Issue uniforms (jacket/shirt) after completion of 6 working days.
Monitor behaviour, performance, and escalate any issues to the operations manager.
Service Quality Assurance
Ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Follow up with the team to close pending tasks.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through efficient support.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with operations, fleet, and management teams.
Assist with any additional responsibilities assigned by the operations manager.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to interact confidently with drivers and clients
Good coordination and follow-up
Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, app usage)
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
