Job Description:

Sales Administration & MIS:

 Sales report analysis  Preparation of Quotations & Creation of samples sales orders and follow ups  Assist Marketing team in Campaigns  Respond to queries from customers (Stockist / Hospitals) and give after-sales support  Incentive computation and verification

Sales force Effectiveness & Automation:

 Manage Masters like Hospital List, Doctor List and SFC record in SFA/CRM  Generate report of field employee (DCR, TP, Call, Activity, Campaign & Others)  Verification of field expenses and provide the summary statement to HR for final process  Attendance and Leave Management

Candidate Requirements:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Good Knowledge on MS Office tools specially in Excel  Should have an aptitude in problem-solving & excellent customer service skills  A Team Player with high level of dedication  Should have a strong work ethic and eager to learn
