Job Description

We are looking for a customer relationship manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will guide members throughout their matchmaking journey, provide personalized assistance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Assist customers with registration, profile creation, and matchmaking.

• Follow up with potential leads and maintain long-term engagement.

• Maintain professional communication via calls, emails, and meetings.

• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduate (mandatory)

• Female candidates preferred

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle clients with patience and professionalism

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

• Comfortable working from office (Kanpur location only)

Salary

₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on performance & interview)
