Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing client interactions, generating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular client communication through calls and in-person meetings at event venues and at clients’ home locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospects and existing clients to explain services and offers.

• Schedule meetings with clients and visit them at event venues / their home location as required.

• Understand client needs, provide consultation, and present suitable service packages.

• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain CRM data and daily activity reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements smoothly.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and sales ability.

• Confident in meeting clients at different locations.

• Must be comfortable with field work and travelling within the city.

• Good problem-solving and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools/reporting is a plus.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream preferred.
