Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to existing customers to inform and explain available features, benefits, and services.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
● Address customer queries, offer support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
● Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
● Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards. Requirements:
● Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
● Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Insurance industry (in roles such as customer service, renewals, sales, or relationship management).
● Communication: Must clear VERSANT Level 4 – good verbal communication skills required.
● Languages:
○ Hindi, Bengali, Marathi – UPTO ₹26,000 CTC / ₹24,000 Take Home
○ South Indian Languages – UPTO ₹25,000 CTC / ₹23,000 Take Home (NOTE: Salaries will be based on interview performance)
● Shift Timings:
○ Rotational week offs
○ Shift window: 9 AM to 9 PM (9-hour shift)
○ Female shift ends by 7 PM
