Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Maintain customer records, update databases, and ensure data accuracy.
Handle customer queries related to services, bookings, delivery status, etc.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments for smooth customer handling.
Follow up with customers regarding feedback, pending documents, and service reminders.
Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely support.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CRM / Telecalling / Customer Support.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and patience.
