Job Summary
As a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) in the finance sector, you will be responsible for
building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are
met with tailored solutions. While primarily office-based, this role requires occasional visits to
client sites to provide personalized service and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
o Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
o Understand clients' financial goals and provide appropriate investment solutions.
o Conduct regular meetings, including occasional on-site visits, to assess client satisfaction and address concerns.
• Financial Advisory & Sales:
o Offer insights on market trends and investment opportunities.
o Cross-sell and up-sell financial products and services based on client needs.
o Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Operational Excellence:
o Ensure timely processing of client transactions and documentation.
o Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
o Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
o Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
o Stay updated on compliance requirements and industry best practices.
Key Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
o Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and manage schedules for occasional client site visits.
