Roles and Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Handling:
● Receive incoming calls from new & existing customers.
● Listen actively to understand customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
● Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
● Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Issue Resolution:
● Create tickets or cases for reported issues or concerns.
● Coordinate with relevant internal teams such as technical support, product development, and billing to resolve customer issues efficiently.
● Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and gather feedback on the resolution process.
Cross-functional Coordination:
● Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to prioritize and expedite issue resolution.
● Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on resolution timelines and action plans.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
● Identify opportunities to upsell service subscriptions and relevant products to existing customers during the interaction.
● Tailor upselling strategies based on customer needs and preferences.
● Effectively communicate the value proposition of additional services or products to customers.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues raised and resolutions provided.
● Track upselling performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer feedback.
● Provide regular reports to management on customer service performance and upselling efforts.
Key Competencies:
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
● Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems.
● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and inquiries.
● Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
