Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will act as the key point of contact between customers and the dealership, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales and service journey. The role involves handling customer queries, managing appointments, coordinating with sales/service teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the dealership and ensure a professional, friendly experience.

• Understand customer needs and guide them regarding products, services, offers, and processes.

• Coordinate test drives, service appointments, and vehicle deliveries.

• Follow up with customers on inquiries, service reminders, feedback, and pending actions.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Support sales and service teams in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

• Assist in customer engagement activities, events, and campaigns.

• Provide timely MIS reports on customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business/Commerce/Marketing).

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service / front office / sales (Automobile industry preferred).
