Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including trains, accommodations, transportation, and activities using relevant reservation systems or software.

🔹 Itinerary Planning
Collaborate with customers to design personalized travel plans that align with their preferences, budget, and travel goals. Provide clear information on destinations, attractions, and services.

🔹 Effective Communication
Maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email, and social media. Provide timely updates about bookings, schedule changes, or any disruptions.

🔹 Relationship Building
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships. Understand customer preferences and provide thoughtful recommendations to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

🔹 Upselling & Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to enhance travel experiences by suggesting premium services such as upgraded accommodations, travel insurance, guided tours, or custom packages.

🔹 Feedback & Service Improvement
Collect customer feedback and reviews to assess satisfaction levels. Address concerns proactively and suggest improvements to enhance the overall service experience.

🔹 Crisis Handling
Provide support during unforeseen travel disruptions like cancellations or emergencies. Offer timely solutions, rebookings, and alternative arrangements to ensure client satisfaction.

🔹 Product Knowledge
Stay informed about tourism products, destinations, local events, and industry trends. Be a reliable source of information for customers seeking travel advice.

🔹 Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to coordinate smooth service delivery. Share customer insights to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Multilingual skills (English, Tamil, Hindi preferred)

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office)
