🎯 About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated IT Customer Relationship Executive (Trainee) to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This role is ideal for freshers from BBA/MBA (Marketing) background with basic IT knowledge and a passion for client communication, sales, and relationship building.

You’ll be trained to understand our software products and client needs, generate leads, present solutions, and provide client support.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Understand and explain our IT products and services to potential clients

Assist in generating new leads through digital and offline channels

Communicate with clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings

Support the sales cycle from initial contact to follow-up and closure

Maintain and update client records in CRM

Coordinate with the technical team for demos and issue resolutions

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

🧠 Who Can Apply:

Freshers with BBA or MBA (Marketing) background

Must have basic understanding of IT/software concepts

Good communication & presentation skills

Eagerness to learn client handling, sales, and CRM tools

Proficient in MS Office, email, and WhatsApp-based communication

💰 Stipend & Growth:

Stipend: ₹6,000 per month during the 3-month training period

Post Training: Based on performance, candidates will be offered full-time employment with a formal offer letter and revised salary
