What the Role Looks Like:
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the communication bridge between our team and our clients. You will ensure that coordination between our processing units, logistics teams, sales heads, and the clients is seamless. You’ll need to be someone who loves organizing, communicating clearly, and thinking two steps ahead.

Your Responsibilities:
Speak to existing and prospective clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Assist the sales team by tracking and following up on ongoing client queries, delivery updates, and service requests
Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and occasional in-person interactions
Coordinate with internal departments (processing units, dispatch, accounts, admin) to ensure timely execution of client requests
Maintain detailed records of communication and customer interactions
Be the face of the company for our clients when they need support
Escalate issues that require higher-level interventions quickly and clearly
Work closely with the founder’s office for high-priority clients and requirements

Are at least 12th pass and have a good command over English
Are confident on the phone and can write short, clear, professional emails/messages
Are someone who takes ownership and doesn’t need constant supervision
