Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
· Handle queries, complaints, and provide solutions.
· Coordinate with sales & operations for order processing and delivery.
· Maintain customer records and share feedback with management.
· Support in upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
· Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering (preferred).
· 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
