We’re looking for passionate communicators to join our team as Customer Relationship Associates who will play a key role in connecting with students, guiding them through our programs, and ensuring an excellent learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential students and parents through calls, messages, and emails.
Explain course details, training benefits, and career opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and alumni.
Handle inquiries and follow up with leads to ensure smooth admissions.
Maintain records of interactions in CRM or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with counsellors and faculty for scheduling demos, classes, and feedback.
Contribute ideas to improve communication and student engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, friendly, and persuasive speaker.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in education / telecalling / counselling / customer service are welcome!
