Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Qualifications:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.

- Age between 18 to 30 years.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.

- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.
