Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless shipping and freight forwarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Provide information on shipment status, documentation, and service requirements.

• Coordinate with operations, sales, and documentation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.

• Minimum bachelor's degree.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with shipping/freight systems will be an added advantage.
