Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and assistance.
Promote company products/services to potential and existing customers.
Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets.
Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or sales can apply.
