📋 Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Demat Account Sales Executives. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting demat & trading accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets. Training and support will be provided.
🔑 Roles & Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts.
Explain the benefits of stock market investment, IPOs, and trading to potential customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and field visits.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly account opening targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Cross-sell additional financial products like Mutual Funds, IPOs, Insurance, etc.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10th Pass.
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Sales/Marketing background will be an added advantage.
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary/Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience & location).
