Position Overview:
The Customer Care Executive – Sales is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while actively engaging in sales activities, with a specific focus on generating and qualifying leads. This role combines a customer-first approach with proactive prospecting to help drive revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information about products or services.
Cultivate positive relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions.
Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, following up on inbound inquiries, and researching prospective clients.
Qualify leads by gathering information on customer requirements, budget, and decision-making process.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, prospects, and progress in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
Achieve or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
Handle customer objections, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated about products/services, sales techniques, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer care, sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Experience with CRM software and standard office applications.
Target-driven, organized, and attentive to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales.
