Apollo-SBI Credit Card sales are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Credit Card Sales Executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers to promote suitable credit card offerings. You will clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage to potential customers, while also collecting and verifying documentation in line with KYC norms. Maintaining daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding at customer touch-points is a key part of the role.
This is a field-based position that involves actively visiting residential areas, corporate offices, retail outlets, and other pharmacies to market credit cards. You will generate leads through methods such as cold calling, referrals, and direct customer engagement, and follow up on those leads to ensure timely conversion within defined turnaround times (TAT). Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, applications, and sales conversions is essential.
Additionally, the role requires regular coordination with internal processing teams to facilitate application approvals and customer on-boarding. Ensuring strict adherence to banking norms and regulatory compliance throughout the sales and documentation process is a critical responsibility.
Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass, though graduates are preferred. A background in credit card or financial product sales with 6 months to 2 years of experience is ideal, but freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
