Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executive to drive credit card sales through both in-store and field engagements. The role requires strong communication skills, a basic understanding of financial products, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales:
• Engage walk-in customers to pitch suitable credit card products.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage clearly and effectively.
• Collect and verify customer documents in compliance with KYC norms.
• Ensure proper visibility of promotional materials and branding at the point of sale.
Field Sales:
• Conduct visits to residential areas, offices, local businesses, and retail outlets to promote credit cards.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and on-ground engagement.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Operational:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for processing applications and customer onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking guidelines during the entire sales process.

Key Requirements
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales.
(Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.)
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 fixed per month
(Plus performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 per month)
