### Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Credit Card Sales Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves both in-store sales at Apollo Pharmacy outlets and field sales across various locations. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for direct customer engagement.

### Key Responsibilities:

#### In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage walk-in pharmacy customers to promote suitable credit card products.

• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and usage.

• Collect and verify customer documents in accordance with KYC norms.

• Ensure promotional materials and campaign branding are visible and well-maintained daily.

#### Field Sales:

• Visit residential areas, offices, local businesses, and pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and on-ground interactions.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely sales conversion within defined turnaround time (TAT).

#### Operational Tasks:

• Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer onboarding.

• Adhere to banking and regulatory compliance during documentation and sales processes.

### Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in direct customer interaction.

• Goal-driven and self-motivated.

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC regulations.
