Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Credit Card Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling credit card products through both in-store (Apollo Pharmacy) and field sales channels. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, customer onboarding, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):
Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.
Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.
Field Sales:
Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.
Follow up on potential leads and close sales within Turn Around Time (TAT).
Operational:
Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Confidence in direct customer engagement.

Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed monthly salary between ₹18,000 to ₹24,000.
