We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our credit card sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining credit card products, and converting leads into sales. Excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality are essential.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Promote and explain the features and benefits of various credit card products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
Follow up on leads and referrals.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and regional language (if applicable).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in financial services, banking, or BPO sector.
Knowledge of credit card features and types.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.
