We are looking for a Senior Counselor & Operations Executive to join our team at WeDesh Consultants. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic planning, and meticulous documentation, focusing on meeting revenue targets, managing end-to-end applications, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Intake Planning: Strategically plan student intake for different academic cycles (e.g., Fall, Spring) across various countries (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.) to meet revenue targets.
University Shortlisting: Conduct detailed student profile assessments and identify the most suitable universities and courses based on the student's background, financial capacity, and career goals.
Application Management: Handle the complete application process, including university admissions, visa filing, form filling, and documentation verification to ensure error-free and timely submissions.
Lead Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective leads, handle inquiries, and convert them into appointments or enrolled students.
Promote product and service offerings (Student Visas, Coaching, MBBS Abroad) that align with customer needs.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication and expert guidance.
Document Follow-ups: Systematically track, follow up on, and document all interactions and required paperwork with students throughout the sales and application cycle.
Data Management: Accurately maintain and update client databases (CRM/Excel), ensuring all lead interactions, application statuses, and follow-ups are recorded efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams (Visa/Coaching) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream).
Experience Range: 2–4 Years in Sales, Counseling, or the Overseas Education industry (The experience range has been increased to reflect the advanced responsibilities).
Proven ability to meet sales targets and expertly manage application/visa documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent telephonic etiquette, and a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with various University Application Portals and Visa procedures is highly desirable.
