We are seeking a high-performing Immigration Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration, visa, and overseas opportunities process, assessing their profiles, and providing accurate and transparent advice. Strong communication, counselling ability, and sales conversion skills are essential for this role.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries professionally.
Assess client profiles based on education, work experience, financial status, and future goals.
Guide clients on suitable countries, programs, and visa categories (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
Clearly explain end-to-end processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and eligibility.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly resolving queries.
Convert assigned leads into successful admissions or visa applications.
Achieve monthly counselling and sales/conversion targets.
Maintain follow-ups and record all interactions using CRM tools.
Build trust with clients by providing transparent and honest guidance.
Assist clients with required documentation (forms, SOP, financials, checklists, etc.).
Coordinate with the documentation, processing, and operations teams to ensure smooth application flow.
Stay updated with embassy rules, immigration policies, and program changes.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and client satisfaction.
Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and timely resolution.
Bachelor’s Degree (any stream).
1–3 years of experience in Immigration/Overseas Education/Consulting industry (preferred).
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Excellent counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet monthly targets with a result-oriented approach.
Good understanding of major global immigration pathways and requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
