Lead and manage the collections process by monitoring overdue accounts, bucketing (current, 30+, 60+, 90+), and resolving payment delays.
Drive sales of financial products/services (loans, credit, insurance, logistics solutions, etc. as per company).
Ensure recovery targets and sales targets are achieved within timelines.
Allocate due bills and accounts to collection executives while motivating them to upsell/cross-sell.
Handle customer escalations and negotiate repayment settlements.
Develop strategies to reduce delinquency and improve recovery efficiency.
Maintain and analyze MIS reports for collections and sales performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for client servicing, legal actions, and process improvement.
Train and guide the team on collection techniques and sales conversion skills.
Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Business or related field.
1-2 years of experience in Collections & Sales Management.
Strong understanding of bucket-wise collection strategy and recovery process.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
