The role is responsible for ensuring consistent service quality, achieving enrolment targets, resolving escalations, and maintaining operational excellence.

This position provides the opportunity to lead and mentor teams, strengthen leadership and decision-making skills, and contribute directly to the organisation’s growth and performance.

*Key Responsibilities* :

• Conducting regular centre audits

• Ensuring curriculum implementation across centres

• Reviewing ERP entries and maintaining system hygiene

• Managing documentation and centre-level compliance

• Handling collections and supporting field teams

• Weekly centre visits and performance reviews
