Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new corporate clients. The candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in B2B solution selling — particularly in HR, hiring, or assessment domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for hiring and assessment solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Present and demonstrate product solutions to HR heads, recruiters, and business leaders.
Negotiate and close deals to ensure revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development, onboarding, and client delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition, preferably in HR Tech, Recruitment, or EdTech domains.
B.Tech, M.Tech, or B.Sc degrees are also eligible, especially with relevant sales or client management exposure.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
