You will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, explaining project details, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to all walk-in customers at the project site.

• Explain project details, floor plans, pricing, and amenities to potential buyers.

• Maintain a professional and pleasant customer experience at all times.

• Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups and appointments.

• Maintain records of daily customer visits and inquiries.

• Provide brochures and necessary documents to customers.

• Handle basic queries and redirect complex questions to the sales or management team.

• Ensure the site office is well-organized and customer-ready at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate, preferably residing near Narsingi or surrounding areas.

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or front office roles.

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
