Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduations and 1yr to 4yrs . Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination & Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding property inquiries.
• Schedule property visits, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
• Provide accurate information on listings, pricing, and project updates.
2. Documentation & Administrative Support
• Prepare and maintain agreements, sale deeds, booking forms, and other required documents.
• Assist clients with paperwork related to buying, selling, or leasing.
• Maintain organized records of documents, payments, and contracts.
3. Property Listing & Marketing Assistance
• Update property listings on websites, portals, and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for brochures, social media posts, and campaigns.
• Ensure all property-related information and images are current and accurate.
