Job Description- Project Co-Ordinator
Project Planning and Coordination:
· Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Coordinate with team for day-to-day execution of blinds and shading projects.
· Manage project documentation, including reports, plans etc.
Team and Client Management:
· Liaise with automation partners and contractors during integration.
· Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
· Coordinate with the teams to commission and Install motorised blinds.
· Participate in testing and handover of blinds with control systems.
Technical Expertise and Quality Assurance:
· Ensure installations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Conduct site assessments and troubleshooting as needed.
· Support automation integration (scene programming, addressing etc).
Risk Management and Problem Solving:
· Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
· Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Administrative Support:
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans etc.
· Assist in the preparation of project proposals and timeframes.
· Handle financial queries and manage project budgets.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong project management and coordination skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Auto-CAD.
· Exposure to Automation platforms. (preferred not mandatory). (Lutron, Crestron, Google Home Integrations).
· Knowledge of Basic Interfacing. (Similar to Interface of RTI, Savant, ABB, Legrand).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Attention to detail and organizational skills.
