Oversee Academics & Faculty:
Ensure classes run smoothly, syllabus is completed on time, and faculty perform well.
Manage Students & Discipline:
Handle student concerns, attendance, and maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Lead the Centre Team:
Supervise admin, front office, and faculty teams to ensure all departments work efficiently.
Support Admissions & Marketing:
Help the admissions team during counselling, and support marketing events and student onboarding.
Report & Coordinate with HO:
Share regular updates with the Head Office and ensure all activities follow institutional policies.
