About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Female Career Counselor who can guide freshers and job seekers toward the right career path. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in and online candidates seeking career guidance.

• Assess candidates’ profiles, interests, and career goals.

• Explain training programs, and career growth opportunities.

• Maintain proper follow-ups and documentation.

• Provide motivational support and clarity on industry trends and career options.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align candidates with suitable job roles.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates.

• Minimum Qualification: Any graduate (preferably in Psychology, HR, or Education).

• 0–3 years of experience in counseling, training, or HR-related roles.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil

• Presentable and confident with a pleasing personality.

• Basic computer knowledge and good documentation skills.
