Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one academic counselling to students regarding courses, career paths, and goals.

• Understand student profiles, learning needs, and recommend suitable academic programs.

• Guide students in selecting the right educational streams and entrance preparation options.

• Counsel students and parents on admission procedures, documentation, and eligibility.

• Maintain and update student records in CRM systems.

• Conduct follow-up calls, virtual sessions, and meetings to support student engagement.

• Organize academic webinars, orientations, and informational seminars.

• Collaborate with faculty, trainers, and internal teams to improve student outcomes.

• Stay updated with education board updates, NEP changes, and exam patterns.

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy in all student interactions.

✅ Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, [Regional Language if needed])

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of academic curriculums (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, etc.)

• Ability to guide students on academic and career planning

• Good command of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication

• Patience, empathy, and ability to handle pressure or confused students

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred)

• Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or education sector is a plus
