Job Assured is hiring a passionate and self-motivated Counselor & HR Executive who will be responsible for recruiting, training, and monitoring a team of candidates each month. Your primary goal will be to hire a minimum of 20 employees every month, ensure their onboarding, guide them about our products/services, and track their business performance. Your incentives will be linked both to hiring and to the business generated by those you hire.
Hire a minimum of 20 employees every month through various channels.
Counsel and onboard new hires, helping them understand job roles and expectations.
Train employees on the company’s products, services, and sales process.
Monitor and track performance of newly hired employees.
Prepare and process monthly payrolls accurately.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to assess manpower needs.
Support in organizing training sessions and performance reviews.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Target-driven and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage hiring pipelines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
