We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telly Caller to join our immigration consultancy office in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining immigration services, and converting leads into appointments or walk-ins.
Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding immigration and visa services.
Explain services, eligibility, and documentation required for different immigration programs (e.g., Study Visa, PR, Work Permit).
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of interested clients.
Schedule appointments for walk-ins or consultations with immigration counselors.
Maintain proper records of calls and leads using CRM software or Excel.
Provide basic customer support and resolve queries over the phone.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and lead conversions.
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of immigration processes is an advantage (training can be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
