CTC (Compensation)

₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience, performance & skills)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the business operations for OJJHS Agro Technology in North Karnataka, ensuring sales growth, profitability, channel expansion, and smooth execution of regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute annual business plan for North Karnataka.

• Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.

• Identify new market opportunities and untapped areas.

2. Sales & Channel Development

• Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers in the region.

• Drive retail and institutional sales, ensuring deep market penetration.

• Conduct farmer awareness programs, demos, exhibitions, and melas.

• Lead sales team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.

3. Financial & P&L Management

• Monitor sales revenue, operating costs, and profitability.

• Ensure timely collections and manage credit control.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews for the region.

4. Operations & Administration

• Ensure smooth supply chain and timely product availability.

• Oversee staff performance, recruitment, and training in the region.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and reporting requirements.

5. Market Development & Networking

• Build relationships with government departments, farmer groups, and agri-institutions.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and product trends.

• Provide regular feedback to head office for product and process improvements.

Desired Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Agriculture / Business / Marketing / Management.

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Agri-inputs, Farm Machinery, or Rural Business Development.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and market networking skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within North Karnataka.

• Knowledge of Kannada + Hindi/English required.
