Key Responsibilities:
· Planning and drafting business plans
· Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activities
· Identifying and contacting potential clients for
· Coordination with Client for New Business and retaining the old clients
· Updating client and lead information with Backend team and keep track record of the same till the it is converted into invoicing.
· Monitoring and analyzing sales data
· Coordinating the day- to - day activities with the Reporting Manager
· Helping in the creation of promotional and sales through different social media.
· Organizing and attending networking events
· Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner
· Creating accurate and detailed sales reports

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Placement industry.
Proficiency in sales tracking tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
