Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Treo Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in achieving targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering engineering solutions tailored to client needs.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Coordinate with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Generate new leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
Support the senior sales manager in day-to-day operations and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams such as service, accounts, and logistics for smooth execution of orders.
Monitor market trends and provide inputs to improve products and services.
Maintain sales records and submit reports to the management on a regular basis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Basic knowledge of industrial products or engineering solutions
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
Team player with a proactive approach
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
1 to 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the engineering or industrial domain)
