Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer support calls and resolve client queries professionally.
Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
Provide guidance on investment trading, stock market trades, Forex, and cryptocurrency.
Assist clients with account-related queries, including Demat account management and fund payments.
Promote company services and products, contributing to sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of investment trading, stock market, Forex, and cryptocurrency.
Understanding of Demat accounts, fund transfers, and payment queries.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and provide prompt solutions.
Sales orientation is a plus.
Freshers with strong interest in finance and trading are welcome.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in customer support, client handling, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of trading platforms and investment products is advantageous.
