Act as the first point of contact for B2B clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Address queries related to product availability, orders, delivery, and account issues.
Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and follow up as needed.
Telecalling & Lead Follow-Up
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and close orders.
Follow up with warm leads, inactive clients, and order confirmations.
Record call notes, client preferences, and update CRM systems.
Order Coordination
Work with internal logistics or delivery partners to track and fulfill B2B orders.
Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and dispatch processes are followed.
