We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at at Wordsbridge Technologies Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage brand presence across digital platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Design marketing assets including brochures, catalogs, social media creatives, and other digital collaterals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc

Develop and maintain digital catalogs and promotional materials

Execute outbound campaigns through cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up calls

Source and identify potential clients; maintain a CRM of leads and prospects

Collaborate with internal teams for content strategy and marketing campaigns

Track metrics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)

Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

Familiarity with social media tools and strategies to grow online presence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong research and outreach ability via email, LinkedIn, and calls

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
