Develop and manage Modern Trade (MT) and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) business channels
Identify and onboard new outlets, distributors, and key accounts in assigned territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing heads and store managers
Ensure product placement, visibility, and display in modern trade stores and HoReCa clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance against goals
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations
Negotiate pricing, schemes, and promotional offers with clients
Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with managementGraduate / MBA preferred (Sales or Marketing)
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade or HoReCa
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior
Must have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
