Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition and expand our healthcare portfolio. The BDM will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and relationship building with healthcare decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads from physicians, solo practitioners, clinics, and multi-specialty hospitals.
Conduct cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
Present VCBS RCM solutions, highlighting how our model reduces administrative burden and improves collections.
Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and support.
Track and report sales activity and results using CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales (healthcare/RCM preferred).
Strong understanding of physician practice dynamics and RCM pain points.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently generate leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency with CRM tools and online prospecting platforms.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
