Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership
· Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives and Senior Executives, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
· Drive team accountability for achieving individual and collective business growth targets.
· Develop processes, strategies, and best practices for building strong client and partner relationships.
2. Strategic Business Engagement
· Identify, evaluate, and pursue enterprise-level business opportunities in Cloud & Datacenter services.
· Actively participate in key discussions with senior decision-makers, presenting Trijit’s solutions and building long-term strategic partnerships.
· Develop account strategies to expand relationships with key clients and partners.
3. Market Strategy & Execution
· Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in alignment with leadership objectives.
· Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions.
4. Team Development & Mentorship
· Guide and coach junior business development team members, helping them enhance their consultative engagement and client management skills.
· Share industry insights and business growth strategies to develop team expertise.
5. Reporting & Insights
· Provide leadership with regular updates on pipeline status, key account developments, and market intelligence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development within cloud services, IT solutions, or enterprise technology.
· At least 2 years managing a team.
2. Industry Knowledge
· Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, IaaS, or datacenter services and their business applications.
· Experience in developing enterprise-level strategic partnerships and working with or competing against AWS, Azure, GCP, or Tier-2 players (e.g., CtrlS, NxtGen, STT, Netmagic, ESDS).
3. Leadership & Communication
· Proven ability to lead and motivate a business development team, drive performance, and lead by example.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing senior-level decision-makers.
4. Mindset & Strategic Thinking
· Highly driven, self-motivated, and strategic thinker with a passion for business growth and technology-driven transformation.
5. Preferred
· Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
· Exposure to AI/ML-driven business solutions and emerging technology trends.
